These terms apply to all orders you place with Tobon through this online shop.
Scope
The provider is Tobon; the details are listed in the imprint. Deviating terms of the customer apply only if we expressly agree to them.
Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of items in the shop is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. You first receive your order number as confirmation of receipt; the contract is concluded when the branch accepts your order.
Prices
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. A delivery fee is shown before you submit the order. The price at the time of the order applies.
Availability
Stock is taken continuously from the branches' till system. If an item is nevertheless unavailable or not available in the quantity ordered, we will inform you; the amount of the order is reduced accordingly.
Pickup and delivery
For pickup, we prepare the goods at the chosen branch and hold them for a limited time. If they are not collected within that time, the order may be cancelled. Delivery is made to the address given, provided the branch delivers there.
Payment
The available payment methods are shown during checkout. For pickup, you pay at the branch in cash or by card.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. Details are available via the contact details in the imprint.
Warranty
The statutory rights in respect of defects apply.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
Final provisions
The law of the country in which the provider has its registered office applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
